Sarasota-based, Ever After Unscripted provides wedding planning and coordination throughout the greater Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida corridor, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Palmetto, Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers and Naples, with service extending into select inland communities throughout the region.
Approach
We believe a wedding can be deeply personal without being operationally unmanaged. Traditions are choices, not requirements. We ask the logistical questions, connect the moving pieces, build realistic plans and create professional responsibility around the day so the people inside the wedding do not have to operate it while they are living it.
Intentionally Limited
Ever After Unscripted intentionally limits the number of weddings accepted so each couple can receive thoughtful preparation, responsive communication and a team that knows the details before the wedding day arrives. We would rather build real proof through the weddings entrusted to us than manufacture the appearance of experience.
Meet Amanda and Jose
Amanda Adams leads wedding planning and operations for Ever After Unscripted. Her approach is practical, collaborative and direct: listen before recommending a service, explain the tradeoffs behind decisions, protect the couple’s authority over their wedding and make sure professional responsibility has a clear home.
Jose is the owner of Ever After Unscripted and provides operational and logistics support behind the scenes and on wedding days. His role helps bridge the pre-wedding plan with the physical realities of execution—access, movement, setup responsibilities, timing and logistics—without turning the planning team into a heavy-lifting or rental-installation crew.
Together, Amanda and Jose have intentionally built Ever After Unscripted around a team approach rather than expecting one person to manage every moving piece alone.
The Wedding Day Team
Wedding-day staffing is determined by guest count, venue layout, timeline, logistics, setup responsibilities and the accepted scope. Assistants and coordinators are added as appropriate so responsibility can be placed where the moving pieces actually are.
The goal is not a crowd of staff. It is appropriate coverage where the moving pieces actually are.
