Wedding Planning & Coordination Services

Planning and coordination support for weddings that feel like you — not a template.

You do not need to know the name of the service you need before you contact us. Tell us what is already planned, what remains unfinished and where the wedding feels complicated. We will recommend the level of support that fits the actual work—not ask you to choose based on a package title alone.

Wedding Day Management

You planned it. We make sure the plan is ready to be lived.

Wedding Management is the professional coordination process that brings your plans, vendors, timeline, logistics and wedding-day execution together before the celebration begins.

Starting investment: $1,950.

Who It Is For

Wedding Management is designed for couples who have substantially planned the wedding: key vendors are booked, major decisions are made and the foundation exists—but you do not want responsibility for connecting and operating all of it through the wedding day.

Approximately eight weeks before the wedding, Ever After Unscripted steps in to learn the plans, review logistics, identify gaps, communicate with vendors, create and manage the timeline, and prepare for wedding-day coordination and execution.

Why Coordination Begins Before the Wedding Day

The wedding day is the culmination of coordination—not the beginning of it.

A coordinator cannot responsibly walk in cold and be expected to understand vendor responsibilities, access, setup and breakdown, ceremony flow, photography timing, guest transitions, personal details and the decisions that hold the day together. The handoff period is where those pieces become an executable plan.

Included Support

  • Begins approximately eight weeks before the wedding.

  • Up to 10 hours of wedding-day coverage.

  • Appropriate staffing based on the wedding’s actual logistics.

  • Day-before rehearsal support.

  • Timeline creation and management.

  • Vendor point-of-contact and confirmations.

  • Contract review for wedding-day logistics.

  • Final-phase logistics review and final-month logistics meetings.

  • Wedding-day coordination and execution.

Prepared Team

Weddings rarely happen one task at a time. Vendor arrivals, ceremony preparation, guest needs, personal details and reception responsibilities can overlap. Staffing is based on the coverage the wedding actually requires so responsibility is placed where the moving pieces are.

Fit + Limited-Scope Alternative

Wedding Management is our standard coordination service because most weddings benefit from a professional handoff well before the wedding day. Approximately eight weeks gives us time to understand the plans, connect the vendors and logistics, develop the timeline and prepare the team responsible for execution.

But not every wedding requires the same scope.

If your wedding is already exceptionally well organized and you are looking primarily for wedding-day coordination and execution, tell us what is already in place. We can evaluate whether a more limited Personalized Wedding Experience is appropriate and custom-quote the support required.

Even limited wedding-day coverage requires some preparation before the celebration. We will determine the minimum handoff, information, communication and review necessary for our team to accept responsibility for executing the wedding well.

If significant planning or vendor sourcing remains unfinished, Partial Planning may be a better fit. Wedding Management requested inside the standard preparation window may also require an expedited timeline fee or adjusted scope.

Setup + Vendor Boundaries

Rental companies are responsible for setting the rental items included in their agreements. Reasonable, labeled personal or DIY details may be accommodated within the accepted scope; extensive décor installation, large setups, heavy lifting or significant breakdown responsibilities are not automatically included and may require an additional quoted scope.

Clients sign vendor contracts and pay vendors directly. Ever After Unscripted does not hold or disburse client funds to vendors.

Final

If the planning is mostly done but you are not interested in managing vendors, timelines and logistics through your own wedding day, this may be the right place to start.

Partial Planning

You have made real progress. You should not have to finish every unresolved piece alone.

Partial Planning gives unfinished planning work a professional home before the complete Wedding Management phase begins.

Fit
The right level is not determined by how many months remain. It depends on what is already complete, what is still open, the complexity of those unfinished decisions and how much professional responsibility is needed.

How Partial Planning Is Scoped

Starting investment: $3,450.
Partial Planning is for couples who have already made meaningful progress but still have unfinished planning work that needs professional support before Wedding Management begins.

There is no fixed month-count or public tier. Every partially planned wedding reaches us at a different point, so your proposal is based on what has already been completed, what remains unfinished, the complexity of that work and the level of professional responsibility the wedding requires.

Scope may be influenced by remaining vendor research or sourcing, logistics, number of locations, guest count, planning meetings, wedding-day coverage, staffing, setup responsibilities and how compressed the planning timeline is.

The public starting investment establishes the entry point; it does not create an artificial ceiling. More complex Partial Planning may require a higher custom investment while still being a better fit than Full-Service Planning.

Why There Is One Partial Planning Service
You do not have to diagnose a tier before reaching out. Tell us what is complete, what still needs attention and what you want support to feel like. We will evaluate the actual work and build the Partial Planning proposal around the responsibility required.

Venue + Logistics
Pretty venues are easy to find. Functional ones are a lot harder. Wedding days need both.

Planning support can include looking beyond the photos to arrival and parking, guest flow, load-in, infrastructure, weather backup, included items, restrictions, timing and end-of-night requirements—because those details affect everything built around the venue.

Transition to Management
Partial Planning does not end with a pile of recommendations. The work transitions into complete Wedding Management so the decisions made during planning are carried into vendor communication, timeline development, logistics and wedding-day execution.

Full-Service Wedding Planning

Professional structure from the beginning—without taking your wedding out of your hands.

For couples who want a planning partner helping turn priorities and ideas into informed decisions, a connected vendor team, realistic logistics and an executable celebration.

Starting investment: $6,250.

What Full-Service Means Here

Ever After Unscripted leads the planning process, creates structure around the decisions ahead, supports venue and vendor research, helps connect logistics and carries the plan into complete Wedding Management and wedding-day execution.

You choose how involved you want to be. Some couples want to participate closely throughout the process; others want to establish their priorities and approval boundaries, make the decisions that matter most to them and rely on their planner to move more of the secondary work forward. Clients always approve and sign their own vendor contracts and pay vendors directly.

Early Planning Value

Planning early does not guarantee that every wedding will cost less. It does give you more opportunity to understand tradeoffs before decisions become commitments, compare options in context, identify logistical consequences and build the wedding in an order that supports what matters most.

Venue Selection

The venue affects far more than the backdrop. Capacity, rain plans, parking, access, included inventory, vendor rules, load-in, power, timing and guest flow can shape later decisions and costs. Full-Service Planning helps evaluate the venue as both a setting and an operating environment.

Scope Boundary

Full-Service Planning is comprehensive professional planning support, but it does not automatically mean unlimited design production, floral or décor installation, heavy setup, multi-day event management, extensive guest travel management or responsibilities outside the accepted proposal. When your wedding needs additional scope, we build that into the proposal intentionally.

Final

If you want professional structure from the beginning—with a planner who can guide the process, connect the decisions and adjust the level of involvement to the way you want to plan—Full-Service Planning may be the right fit.

Micro-Wedding & Elopement Planning

Intimate does not have to mean prepackaged.

Micro-weddings and elopements can be deeply personal—and still involve real planning, vendor communication, timing and logistics.

Micro-Wedding Planning

Investment starting at: $2,650.

For weddings of 40 guests or fewer. Support can account for venue or ceremony location, private dining or reception plans, vendors, photography timing, transportation, guest movement, permits, weather considerations and wedding-day execution.

Elopement Planning

Investment starting at $2,350.

Designed around the couple, location and experience rather than assuming an elopement must fit a ready-made beach package. Planning may include location logistics, permits, vendors, timing, travel considerations and photography flow.

Planning Service vs Package

A ready-made wedding package often bundles physical items or predefined vendors. Ever After Unscripted provides professional planning and execution around your people, locations, vendors, priorities, timing and logistics. The value is not simply what is supplied—it is how the celebration is planned to work.

Personalized Wedding Experiences

Some weddings do not fit neatly inside a standard pathway.

Your celebration may unfold across multiple days or locations. You may be planning a welcome gathering, wedding celebration and farewell event that need to work together rather than feel like separate plans. Or your wedding may include an unusual format, nontraditional timeline, complex logistics or a level of professional support that simply does not align with one of our standard services.

Personalized Wedding Experiences allow us to build the scope around what your celebration actually requires while preserving the thoughtful preparation, responsive communication and intentional execution of a premium planning and coordination experience.

Multi-Day & Multi-Event Celebrations

When the wedding extends beyond a single event, the planning responsibilities can extend with it. Welcome gatherings, rehearsal events, wedding-day celebrations, farewell brunches and other connected events may involve different venues, vendors, timelines, transportation, guest movement, setup requirements and responsibilities.

Rather than automatically including multi-day event management within Full-Service Planning, we determine which events require our involvement and what level of planning, coordination and on-site execution each one needs. That allows the proposal to reflect the celebration you are actually creating rather than charging for—or promising—support that does not fit.

Unusual Formats & Custom Support

Not every wedding follows a ceremony-then-reception structure. Multiple locations, unconventional timelines, private residences, highly personalized experiences and other nontraditional formats may require a different combination of planning and coordination.

Personalized Wedding Experiences can also accommodate an exceptionally well-prepared wedding that needs a narrower scope focused primarily on wedding-day coordination and execution. Even limited-scope coordination requires enough professional preparation for our team to understand the plan and responsibly accept the work we are being asked to execute.

Tell us what you are creating. We’ll determine whether one of our established services fits or whether your wedding calls for a Personalized Wedding Experience.

Optional À La Carte Enhancements

Sometimes the right service needs one more layer of support.

Our core, specialized and personalized services are designed to provide the professional planning or coordination responsibility your wedding needs. When the underlying service is the right fit but a particular part of your celebration requires additional support, optional à la carte enhancements may be added to the accepted scope.

Depending on your service and wedding needs, enhancements may include:

  • additional planning meetings

  • expanded vendor research

  • additional venue walkthroughs

  • floor-plan or rental-order review

  • transportation or accommodations coordination

  • RSVP tracking

  • wedding website support

  • additional-event timeline or planning support

  • expanded personal décor setup

  • extended end-of-night packing support

À la carte enhancements are not intended to turn an intentionally smaller service into Full-Service Planning one add-on at a time. If the additional responsibilities meaningfully change the level of planning or coordination your wedding requires, we will recommend the service or personalized scope that better reflects the work.

À la carte enhancements begin at $225. Availability and investment depend on the enhancement, logistics, staffing and scope required.

Not sure whether what you need is already included, available as an enhancement or better handled through a different service? You do not need to figure that out before contacting us. Tell us what you need help with, and we’ll help determine where it belongs.

Ready to Find the Right Level of Support?

The best next step is a conversation. We’ll talk through your wedding, what you have already planned, your priorities, guest count, location, logistics and where you want professional support. From there, we’ll help determine the service or personalized scope that best fits the work your wedding actually requires.
